Shipping Within Australia

Shazzatastic Creations currently ships within Australia.

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping: $11

FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more

Express Shipping: $15

Processing Times

As many of our products are handmade or personalised, orders may require preparation or production time before they are shipped.

Ready-made products will generally be processed as soon as possible. Personalised and custom-made products may take longer to prepare.

Any estimated delivery time shown at checkout begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include production or processing time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, postal or courier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside the control of Shazzatastic Creations.

Express shipping provides a faster delivery service after dispatch but does not reduce the time required to create or prepare personalised products.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact Shazzatastic Creations as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact Shazzatastic Creations as soon as possible so we can assist.

Please retain the product and packaging and provide photographs if requested.

International Shipping

Shazzatastic Creations does not currently offer international shipping.
