This website is operated by Shazzatastic Creations. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Shazzatastic Creations sells handmade, personalised and custom products. We make every effort to display our products accurately. Due to the handmade and personalised nature of some products, minor variations may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Personalised and Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, wording, colours and other customisation details supplied when placing an order.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations to personalised or custom-made products may not be possible.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Shazzatastic Creations is not currently registered for GST, so prices do not include GST charged by Shazzatastic Creations.

Shipping

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content and original designs displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Shazzatastic Creations and must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Customers requesting personalised products are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, names or other material they provide to us.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
